Goose Menu

"Kirchweih" on 20. and 21. October 2019

It is a very special tradition to eat a goose in Germany for "Kirchweih" and "St Martin".
Heinz Winkler and Steffen Mezger create a 5-course menu,
were the goose is standing right in the centre of it.

The arrangement includes:
Aperitif as well as a 5-course Goose Menu in our Venetian Restaurant
Price per person € 185,-
 
If you book this arrangement, we offer you 1 night's accomodation
at the special rate of € 170,- per room, including breakfast.
 
The Goose Menu may only be booked for 20th and 21st October 2019 and/or
11th November 2019 for lunch or for dinner.

Gourmets around the world often await the arrival of the beloved truffle impatiently to once again ennoble a dish its fine aroma.

The Soirée

Hiking in the Chiemgau Mountains

Hardly anyone can resist: When you stand on the terrace of the Residenz Heinz Winkler and catch a glimpse of the green Alpine meadows of the imposing Kampenwand, you can feel it, this unrestrained desire to simply set off and walk up there. Those who are not so keen on hiking may take the funicular. High up on the peak, you will be rewarded with a unique view and the feeling of enjoying life to the fullest. The culmination of such an exciting day will be a star dinner prepared by Heinz Winkler.
